Healthy lifestyle (board) game

Most of us tend to ignore our health especially as we get older and busier. We are aware of the basics that we need to follow in order to be and stay healthy, but lack the self motivation and discipline. But as adults we tend to be highly concerned of others, especially the health of our family and loved ones. A doctor can only do so much in terms of affecting your daily health habits and making these changes lifelong. After all change starts at home. For a life long change the family needs to encourage each other, but mere suggestions, advice and constant nudging isnt necessarily the most effective way to do it. There needs to be a better way for a family to stay healthy together.
